Job Description

Motion picture filming in Syracuse area seeking administrative help in our Accounting Office. Position will be on-site with Covid protocols and weekly testing required (provided by the employer.) Duties include acting as the liaison between the remote accounting staff and the on-site film crew, digital filing, delivery of reimbursement and per diem checks to crew, assisting with the startwork/payroll onboarding of employees, and other basic admin/office duties.

No accounting experience required but always preferred; computer literacy, customer service skills, organizational talents, and a sense of humor are huge pluses! Must have own laptop (stipend provided) and own transportation.

This is an in-person position. Please do not apply if you are not in the greater Syracuse area. No distant hires allowed. We are not currently hiring any other positions.

Position starts immediately with $15/hour and daily meal allowance.
