Assistant Production Accountant
We are a boutique business management firm, with clients in touring industry, large scale events, and experiential / branded marketing events.
This is primarily an in person role (could do 1 or 2 days remote.)
Looking for someone to help with data entry into excel based production accounting ledger as well as weekly phone calls with department heads to go through their forecasted spends.
Role would grow into overseeing projects on your own.
Must be good with Excel (XLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables).
Must have 3-4 years Production Accounting experience.
Ideal candidate would also be Quickbooks Online Pro Certified.
$30 / hr. – part time to begin, and would transition to full time (we provide health insurance, dental, vision for full time employees).
