Job Description

Responsible for assisting all vendors and employees with getting setup in Ariba, submission of invoices and receiving payments.

• Serves as subject matter expert in Ariba, PTP policy and procedures
• Assists vendors with the Ariba self registration process
• Follow up with vendors to ensure all information is submitted timely for vendor changes (including bank details)
• Training vendors and employees on the purchase order/invoicing process in Ariba
• Training employees on all ViacomCBS policies and self help tools
• Monitoring of aged items (PO and NON-PO)
• Monitoring of open aged purchase orders which includes following up with the business on items that have been good receipt/no invoice and invoice received/no good receipt
• Handles escalations on behalf of the business with GBS PTP team
• Providing quality service to internal and external customers via phone and/or email
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance to ViacomCBS purchasing and invoicing policies

Preferred Qualifications:
 Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
 Experience in a multi-location company
 2+ years experience in an accounts payable role
 Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, as well as experience with an accounting system
 Ariba experience
