Job Description

We are looking for a Coordinator, Incentives Research who will be responsible for ensuring worldwide incentive jurisdiction data is current and communicated to all relevant internal and external stakeholders by monitoring legislative changes, creating and maintaining the website content, and supporting global client relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track progress of proposed legislation from introduction to enactment, via various sources (ex: StateNet software)
• Ongoing research of jurisdictional legislation, guidelines, material information, & processes worldwide
• Update ep.com production incentives database.
• Primary liaison to Film Offices worldwide (relationship building, guideline clarification, education/support to Film Office reps, government affairs engagement)
• Communication of jurisdictional information to all internal and external stakeholders: Incentives team including shared data maintenance, relevant EP COEs (Legal, PR tax, Products, Corp tax, WC, Central Casting), as well as clients, auditors, newsletter subscribers, etc.
• Validate jurisdictional data, create and update jurisdictional pages, content, and incentives tools on ep.com
• Manage projects researching and communicating incentive data to COE’s that impacts products and services (PR WH, Tax, SmartStart, SCZ, Qlik/analytics, MMB, Central Casting, etc.)
• Monitor, respond, and route incoming department email and department phone line.
• Special projects to support Client Relationship management (i.e. TAM research, TSAT, intern oversight, etc)

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in legislative research
• Knowledge of film/tv production tax credits.
• Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce.
