Job Description

Seeking a Digital Start+ Coordinator who has experience with Cast and Crew’s Start+ Systems as well as On Set Decorum Experience.

This position will operate inside the Accounting Dept. in coordination with production.

The position assists the production and the finance team.

They help onboard the new hires for the show.

For crew, they send out their offers and help them with any technical issues that they have.

They are required to work in the office or on set.

They tend to go to set if a crew member needs in person help.

They also help onboard the backgrounds.

The background are required to complete their online C-19 tests and acknowledgement forms.

They collect those documents and keep it on record that the backgrounds are cleared to come to set.

Below is a list of other duties:

• Coordinate with the Covid team for new hires
• Help answer questions about payroll or time card submissions
• Send out invoices to main cast/ crew for letting friends/ family use our PCR Tests
• Check status of union crew members for completed Safety and HP tests
• Assist the Production Coordinator with onboarding SAG actors

This role will be on till the end of PP or when deemed unnecessary.
