We are looking for a Manager Finance to support our Accounting and Finance team and work cross-functionally with all other departments. This position will be based in our West Hollywood office and will report to the CFO.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, able to process many simultaneous tasks with accuracy, have strong communication skills, be capable of learning, following and managing multiple different procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with legal and technical departments on distribution deals
• Invoice clients
• Collect and review participation statements
• Follow up on late payments
• Follow up on late statements
• Oversee revenue recognition process
• Update invoice and revenue recognition tracking system
• Update participation statements tracking system
• Participate in distribution meetings between the US and the French teams
• Prepare financial and tax documents for distribution deals
• Update line of credit tracking system
• Connect with the bank to apply paydowns and provide updated financial reporting

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• QuickBooks experience a plus.
