Job description:
To help us in our mission, the Staff Production Accountant will manage all large-scale projects in conjunction with staff and freelance Line Producers within the Media & Entertainment department (on an assigned basis).
This position will also serve as a liaison between the Accounting & Production Management Department, as well as Outpost Digital; reporting to both the Executive in charge of Operations and to the CFO/COO.
o Tracking all costs on a given project,
o Maintaining a GL,
o Creating cost reports and cash flow,
o Creating and maintaining all network financial deliverables (i.e. variance reports),
o Uploading all financial reports to network portals,
o Creating overage sheets,
o Creating and managing cash flow,
o Auditing each individual project’s payroll,
o Developing production finance templates,
o Assisting freelance LPs w/ financial questions throughout projects.
